DMD CREATED Zappos.com’s first digital and print catalogs in collaboration with King Fish Media. Naming the campaign ZapposLife, we staged lively storytelling scenarios in iconic American locations like the historic Santa Cruz Boardwalk and world-renowned Walker Art Center in Minneapolis to reflect the curiosity and passions of the Zappos patron. These spirited pages were imbued with Zappos’ famously mischievous culture.  

The New York Times was intrigued by the success this online titan had in turning to a print and digital catalog format to help widen its audience, reporting that sales doubled in comparison to the other Zappos marketing channels.
